As the title says, the second release from the swedish band Lions Share.
The main thing I see in this band is the vocalist Andy Engberg. He must
be one of the best coming from Sweden, easily comparable with Ronnie
James Dio, Tony Martin and that kind of singers.
What Lions Share has done with this albums, is that they've gone forward
into a little more progressive style. Before it was more Black Sabbath
sounding songs and riffs, but now there a lot more behind it. Persoanlly
I liked the first album better, becaue it had a better average, but I
know people who has said the opposite. Highlights on "II" are tracks 4
and 6. The first mentioned is a ballad, that you wouldn't expect coming
from Lions Share. I mean, it's hard to imagine the big, bald Andy
Engberg standing on stage doing this tune. Track 6 is the best song
they've done so far. It reminds me of Black Sabbath with Tony Martin,
but it also has that epic feel to it. Real good! Track 7 is a cover of
the band Secret Service...
