The first release but really the second (?) from the american Progressive AOR band, Lightspeed. I found this band on the Internet, and after listening to their song, and mainly the chorus of, "Yesterday's Tears" I knew I had to get this album. Lucky me remembered that I'd seen the cover somewhere before so I visited my local record store and found the album.
The thing about about Lightspeed is that they are great musicians but with a little more soft rock attitude. That's problably why they are mentioned as Progressive Rock. Most of the songs have great melodies, mainly in the vocals, and great choruses. This band feature a very descent vocalist with a very comfortable voice, John Persichini. Harmony vocals are done by Lightspeed which means four more vocalists. Just like Uriah Heep in some certain times.
However, this CD is really good and fun listening to so if you run into any of the Lightspeed albums then get it, or visit their website (Links) and find our more about them.
