Indeed is a one-man band containing multi-instrumentalist Brian
Hirsch on Keyboards, Guitars, Bass Synths, Human Drum Sequencing
(?), Sound and Production. Even though Brian's main instrument is
the keyboard he's a good guitar player too.
This is a great instrumental album that has similarities with
Keith Emerson, Redjy Emond, Tony Gerber, Hawkwind, Jean Michel
Jarre, Kitaro and Patrick Moraz, mixed with some New Age, oriental
influences, psychedelic rock and space rock. There are a lot of
mood and tempo changes in the music too, but the overall feeling
is very relaxing.
The best tracks are "Surrealistic Sojourn/ Speeding Through The
Universe", "Ancens-Raptor", "Psychedelic Sorceress", "Mysterious
Twin Moons", "In Another Dimension" and "Visions Of Three Realms".
If you like this CD you have to listen to Brian Hirsch "Quest For
Truth" (1994) too. Recommended!
Indeed's third record is expected around July and it's gonna be
entitled "Freak Mountain".
