Here are weapons from many different countries and there are comments and facts of all of them. Sniper weapons require good precision and reliability, with emphasis put on the weight. Of course you can build a rifle that hits a coin at 3000 meters and never malfunctions. But the weight and durability will not be so good. The sniper requires a durable rifle with the capability of long-range precision fire.
