Welcome to the Saltash United AFC unofficial web page. My name is Mats Tallqvist and lives in Sweden. Yes it is true. I started to follow Saltash last season when i meet Saltash supporter Ian Mountford through the internet. So i decided to do a web page for them. Ian will help me with all the latest Saltash news and match reports. I also have a web page for my other favourite non-league team Slough Town FC at http://home.swipnet.se/slough.

Game v St Austell (H) rained off last Saturday.

Due to play Newquay home this Wed - Lge.

Saltash will visit Millbrook for their rearranged league game on 24th January.

The away game against Tavistock on 25 November is off as Tavy are playing in the next round of the Devon Premier Cup........we may well play Penryn in the league on that day instead. The Tavy game may well be 20 Dec.

We definitely play Newquay (League) at home on Wed 15 Nov.

We have been drawn away to Callington Town in the Cornwall Senior Cup to be played on December the 2nd, and Home to either Penzance/ Bodmin in the Cornwall Charity Cup on a date TBA

Saltash are on the lookout for a midfielder. However, I might have put a spanner in the works when my contacts told me that a certain Tiverton Town midfielder had walked out on them. I informed our secretary who immediately 'phoned the manager to tell him. I can't tell you his name, but he is an ex Ashes favourite and would walk into any JSWL team.
