OK, I'll come clean, I do like Phantoms, and this one with a tiny sharmouth was impossible to ignore. It's a F4E prototype, and is something of a hybrid. Based at Edwards AF base Flight test center in about 1970. I used the Esci kit because that was what we had in 1985-86 when I built it. It's painted with Tamiya white, too many coats to remember, it was a nightmare to get covered. There are five sheets of microscale decals on it, mostly stencils.
