We have performed a couple of gigs. One in Oxelösund and one "headline-gig" in Nyköping (our hometown). Even though we had a very small crowd, we think the gigs were fine. We will upload reviews on the gigs as soon as we get our hands on them.
The band is very satisfied with the new vocalist, Andreas Hedman. He has done a tremendous job with the new songs.
As we already have mentioned, the band has changed musical direction, from classic progressive metal, to a little less progressive thrash/metal kind of sound. All of the old songs has been put away. However, some of the old riffs has been used in the new songs. Now, five songs are up for rehearsal; Defoe, Exile, Misantropolis, All dead, Addicted.
Noisufision are scheduled for the Memory Garden/Beseach-gig in Nyköping. The preliminary date is 4/8. Hope to see you there!

First of all, we want to apologize for not updating the site until now. This is due to a lot of trouble with the band. However, it all ended up just fine and we are happy to mention that Noisufision now is a full line-up band! :-)
The biggest change is the music. We have left the classic progressive metal, for a more heavy and aggressive sound. However, the progressive influences are still there. For comparsion; listen to Meshuggah, Pantera or Sevendust. Both Fredrik and Hampus is now using Ibanez 7-string guitars, so the sound is REALLY heavy!
Claes Degerman finally decided to leave the band. The musical direction we headed to didn't have a real use of a keyboard, and therefor, Claes chose to leave the band and spend more time on his other project; Two Times Twice. However, Noisufision and Claes are going to cooporate during the recording of next album.
Our gig in Slakthuset, Nyköping, ended up fine. We opened for Meshuggah (Thanks guys!). An even bigger thank you goes to Anna Lock who joined us for the show and did the vocal parts.
Finally, we have found a fitting vocalist. After testing about four vocalists, we decided that Andreas was the right man for the job.
We have a couple of gigs in the near future. We hope to see you there! See "Music" for dates.

We are now almost sure that Jonny Strömberg (our present vocalist), will leave the band. Our rehearsals until now have all been instrumental, and when we started rehearse together with Jonny for about a week ago, we realized that he probably weren't the right man for the job. Don't get me wrong, Jonny is an excelent vocalist. His voice just didn't fit in our music. If you are intrested in Jonny's other work, contact his other band: Pipers Dawn.
Finally, the demo-cd is about to be released. We are sorry to mention that problems with our producer resulted in the cd only being a 3-track demo. The preliminary name of the demo is "The new world border". All of the songs are instrumental but arranged for vocals. We are planning to record the first full-length album sometime in 2000.
The rehearsal and the songwriting is going just fine. Right now, 8 songs are up for rehearsal. The music has become a bit more advanced and even a bit more heavy since the recording of the demo.

Ok, finally an update. We had some problem with "the MATRIX" but now we are back online.
Noisufision will record an instrumental demo-cd. If everything goes accordingly to the plans, we will begin the recording on tuesday. It will be an instrumental 4-track cd.
Noisufision has vocalist-problems. Strömberg will probably leave the band and that is the main reason why we have chosen to record the demo-cd without vocalist. If you are interested in joining the band as a vocalist, please send us an E-mail: efreet@swipnet.se

NoisufisioN has rehearsed about five times and some of the songs are starting to sound pretty good.
Robin is still waiting for his child to be born.

Fredrik plays on a GIBSON .60 B string, he called them and presented his dilemma, and they were happy to help him by sponsoring his B string. He is now both an Ibanez & Gibson endorser, hhrmmm.....

NoisufisioN gathered in the replokal to look over some material (sounds serious doesn't it?), and Claes has allready finished writing 3 songs, so that will be the workload for quite some time for the songs are stretching from 8-14minutes EACH.

New Pictures of Fredrik & Hampus (and their MACHINES)added to the art section.
NoisufisioN has 3 new members (!). Bass Player Robin Folke, Vocalist Jonny Strömberg & Keyboardist Claes Degerman.
Fredrik & Hampus spent their afternoon and night, polishing their Ibanezes.
Hampus will write a review of "Pedofilorkestern's" performance at Bautarocken.

Fredrik & Martin are scheduled for "BautaRocken" in Oxelösund 24/4 together with Pedofil-Orkestern and Mats Persson. Fredrik's adwise to everyone is to stay home and watch TV instead of torture the ears,..for Fredrik doesn't know the songs and they only have 4times to rehearse...
