Accept - Metal Heart

Accept with a bit more commercial feel to it, but still with Udo on vocals (eh?). This is among the most sold album from Accept, maybe just because the fact that its very easy listening, and at the same time great melodies and sound. As usual on an Accept album, loads of classic tunes such as "Metal Heart", "Midnight Mover", "Up To the Limit", "Screaming For a Love Bite", "Living For Tonite" and "Bound To Fail", most of them also performed live to the maximum. I look at this album as one of tehir best too, of course, with a lot of favourite tracks in my personal collection.

The album itself is very, and then I mean very, guitar dominated. The music usually is though, but this one is..... kinda hard to describe but on this album the guitars are really screeaamin!!

In the solo section of Metal Heart, Wolf brings in his classical influences and plays the lead melody of "Für Elise". This is of course deeply appreciated, and then especially live. The best with Wolfs classical influences is that he don't sound neo-classic or seomthing like that. He uses his influences more for phrasings, and melodies and with that in his mind he brings the guitar to a level that most gutarists don't even get a glimt of.... well, if they don't listen to Accept that is...

1. Metal Heart
2. Midnight Mover
3. Up To the Limit
4. Wrong Is Right
5. Screaming For A Love Bite
6. Too High To Get It Right
7. Dogs On Leads
8. Teach Us To Survive
9. Living For Tonite
10. Bound To Fail
