I have spent the whole day at home today. No lessions in
school, so no need of going there. So instead I worked
with my conflict-project instead for about 3-4 hours or
something. It's nearly finished now, and I'm quite pleased
with the result.

Today was also the day that I said "I want to go with Marcus
instead of you, Frida" to Frida. The story goes like this:
I and Frida talked for like 2 months ago about maybe go to
the pram together. I said, maybe, yeah, well see. I myself
can't say I really fancy those prams, or the way of going
there with another friend, like a date or something.
About 3 weeks ago, I and Marcus got the idea of us going to
the pram, as a cool gesture. I myself loved the idea, and
really wanted to do it. But what about Frida? Today I called
her for the usual "week-resume". We talked about the situation
and she said that she understood. I think I know her enough
to judge that she talked clean, and that she would say "hey
I REALLY want to go with you" if that's the thing. But no,
we are friends, and she really liked the idea of me and Marcus
going together to the pram. And for her to find another partner
to go with wont really be a problem.

Some days ago, I found Urban75.com by some reason. It's a
lovely site with all sorts of good stuff. Go there.

The time has come, for a man I won't name by name.

Karin, you looked so sweet today when it was your turn to
talk in Frensh-class. Your face, turning red at some parts,
and the expression in your lovely eyes. I just started to
love you again for a moment.
But Karin, you seem to be so "closed" nowadays, you don't
reall want to talk so often, and you don't come to French
class that often anymore as you once did, years ago. What's
the matter?

The snow is back. It started yesterday with just some small
showers of snow. But it continued during the whole day, today.
It's about 10-15 cm here now I belive. But I live in GBG,
hell, it will be gone tomorrow? It would not surprise me.

Instead of just hanging in the class-room (as usual), I and
Marcus went of to Cheers today, and took a beer just before
history class that we had some talks about, if we were to
skip it or not. But me, beeing the most weakest of us, felt
that I had to go, and off we went. And once again, Ulla
didn't really surprise, it was a normal lession. She just
talked, talked and talked for 90 mintues, non-stop.

Somehow I came over Lost Witness for about 3 weeks ago.
It's trance-o-melody at it's best. With good flow and that
universal feeling Lost Witness has been played a lot lately.
There is no album out yet, but singles like 7 Colours, Red
Sun Rising, Song To The Siren and Happiness Happening is to
be found at for example Amazon. I, myself have downloaded
them all from Napster with the excuse they are all imports
and will then be too expensive for me to buy. Once again,
Napster gives me the opportunity to find new good music that
I have never heard before, FREE!

Today: "The time will come", Hamid said today on the phone
while we talked about girls. And I guess. Sure, the time will
indeed come someday. But wich day? Maybe I'm not supposed to
know this, I will sooner or later find out all about the love
that I'm right now so desperatly in search for.

Saturday: Bought Enigma singles, Age of Loneliness and
TNT for the brain. Future Sound of London with Lifeforms,
pt 1-7. All 3 at a record-exhibition. Stayed at home the rest
of the day and spent some hours at the conflict-project that
is supposed to be finished next Monday, in one week.

Friday: I and Marcus ate lunch Bombay. Good food and service
for "only" 45:- SEK. And BIG portions of food, that's one
of the most important things.
I saw "Flugorna" with Nils. Both Marcus and Peter
peformed well, and I was really impressed by their acting
in the play. Marcus with his high voice and body language,
and Peter with his strange character and his powerfull speaks.
After the play we (Nisse, Marcus & I) went to a new English
pub that Marcus acting-friends had tipped about. A small
place that was quite ok, cosy and with good atmosphere.

Home and safe.

Field notes from the trip to France:

Feb 11
Snowboarded without guide. Met room-mates. Music-quizz.

Feb 12
First day with guide. Nice powder snow at "Les Tours".
Went to bed at about 22.30. Awesome weather.

Feb 13
Foggy and icy. Surfed at "Brevent et Flegere". Surfed
with the French guys in my group from 15.00 to about 16.30.
Saw a very nice French girl.

Feb 14
Went to "Les Grand Montents". Cissi (swedish) fell and had to
go by helicopter, she sucked anyway, shouldn't be in the group.
Had a icy ride. Riquet, your guide left us and I went with the
French up to the very top of "Les Grand Montents" again. Had a
awsome ride. Fast and smooth. Tried to get some eye connact with
the French girl, but without any luck. Went to a photosession
about Nepal with matching music.

Feb 15
Went up to "Les Tours" and had one of the best off-pist rides
yet, powder! Hard to get down when the snow wasn't present anymore.
We had dropped down in Swizerland, where we ate your baguettes
that we bring everyday. Cissi wasn't in the group today. Small
pitoresque village. There we stood, with your baguettes, about
16 snowboarders, alone at the railway platform. Ride with the
French guys and made jumps and had a relaxed afternon off-pist.
A Brittish came by and jumped once, and then left. He lived in
the "lake-area" in the nothern part of England, somewhere. Took
the pist all the way down, and was home early for the first time
this week, at about 15.30 or so. I and Olof were at the Supermarche
where we bought cookies, and I also bought a bottle of Pastis 51.
Tomorrow is the last day with your guide. The week has been a fast
one.

Feb 16
Karin and Riquet took us up to "Les Grand Montents" two times before
lunch, with very good rides. Had lunch. Went down to the right and
then "Les Grand Montents" with the French men again. Magnus wound has
just been worser and worser for every day, and today, he had to go
to the hospital in Chamonix. Party tonight?
Saw the French girl kiss another guy, not good. Sat and drank some
beers at the Savoy and went to bed at about 01.00.

Feb 17
Went up at 11.00 and had breakfast. Departed Argentiére at 16.00
after some problems with the bus.

Movies during the trip.
Runaway Bride (no comment) and 6th Sense (good).
Ronin (too tired),The World is not Enough, Male Gigolo, Tsatsiki, morsan o polisen.

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Had one of those nice dreams tonight. I and Frida was kissing and we
seemed to be so damn in love. Later I wanted to kiss Nora, but she
didn't allow me to. Why do I have these dreams? Is it my lack of kisses?
Am I'm in love with Frida... good question. Anyway, she will not come
to Sweden for 4 months or so. So just wait and see.

Feb 08

So. The time has come. Judgment Day. Leaving for Argentiére
tomorrow at lunch time. Alone. With UCPA.
How is this supposed to end?

Feb 05

Saw Reunion (Dogme #17), State and Main, Sexy Beast and
Out of Tibet this weekend. I'm more than pleased with
movies for some days no. Considering I have seen about 14
movies this year, I think it was a little too much. Around
8 would be ideal.

I'm watching the weather down in Argentieré almost daily now.
Leaving at Friday, so it it's nice to see how the weather is
down there, where I'm going to stay for 1 week.

Suede.net is my hometown.

Feb 03

The show goes on.
I and Johan saw Sandmen the 1st Feb. We both liked it after
some consider. It was French, drugs and missunderstandings.

I went to school at Friday to pick up the cd Sam had made
for me with live recordings with Paul Van Dyke and others,
downloaded from the net. I can estimate that there is about
3-4 hours of music on that CD. What does god has to say
about Mp3's?

I also bought a new book.

Yesterday. I saw Offending Angels alone. Johan didn't want
to see it, or I guess he didn't have time for it at the moment.
I enjoined the movie. Nice twists and turns.
I had to run to Capitol where I met Johan and we saw What's
Cooking?. American style. Thanks giving. Then there was a 2
hours long gap to the next movie.
I must have passed out or something, but when I woke up, I
found myself eating a nasty hamburger at Burger King. I just
hate BK. So nasty and ucky. But it's easy and fast. And it's
warm inside, compared to the outside, where it was too damn cold.
It was time for Die Bad. It's tradition, you can (if you want)
fall asleep at asian underground movies. But this movie didn't
make me sleep this time. It was in fact one of the best gbg-
filmfestival asian underground movies I have seen.
