Price per week and floor 2013 (Final cleaning included in price as well as sheets and
towels for 4 persons)
Reservation for small price increase due to the Swedish interest rates or changes in the
local costs.
High season      5000 sek    (Week 23 -35)
Mid season       4000 sek    (Week 18 -22) (36 - 39)
Low season      2500 sek    (Week 40 -17)


When booking has been sent by mail, a booking fee at 1000 sek for each occasion will be charged.
Final payment must be payed not later than 30 days before rental occasion starts.
Information about all payment amounts and occations will be sent out by mail.

The booking fee is not refunded if booking is canceled.

If cancellation is made later than 30 days before the rental occation, half fee excluded booking fee
will be charged.


Sheets and towels

For 1-4 persons
The price includes, per rental period, a set of sheets and a big towel per person and towels to the kitchen.
For person 5 and upwards 
For each guest over 4, we charge an extra fee for sheets and towels on 100sek per person
per rental period (this to cover extra laundry costs of the local laundry).

Towels for the beach are not included.
 

Additional information
The electricity consumed during the rental period (about 150-250 sek per week at baseline
consumption). The consumption depends largely on how much air conditioning is used.

Upon arrival and departure day, the guest must read electricity meters in the floor.
Reading must be reported to me (mail, sms, phone) at homecoming and electrical cost will be charged the guest.
If readings absence, I will charge fee on estimated electricity consumption made by me.


Guest changing day
The normal guest changing day is Saturday, but if week before is vacant another day can be discussed.
