OTHER JUNK

The neighbor wanted me to junk his Transit. It didn't happen. I got spare parts..........

The guy who thinks Ford is a fun name is Alander.

The frame was lengthened 65 cm, 25in. B20 from the Amazon gave a top speed of 150 km/h, 95mph, with a load! The electrical system was from Volvo 240 instead of prince of darkness (Lucas) shit. Diesel front to make room for the engine. The under carriage was baby blue too.

240 bumpers are good for push starts and when something won't move. In the back is my Fiat Uno turbo.

This Opel had a chopped top when I bought it. Sold it before I got it running. Two years later I found one that wasn't chopped on an IH Scout chassis. Would have been fun to compensate the height with the top. In the back you can see my rally cross car on its back. .

Bought this thing half finished. Put a 3,5 hp Honda engine in it and made it work. Double control arms, coil overs and rack and pinion steering. Swing in the back. Seats, steering wheel and pedals were all adjustable, 4 gears and reverse. The girl in the pic is my cousin, she drove it to the local beach. You can imagine the looks of the kids there. She's a hell of a driver, she had the pedal to the metal even when I took the picture.

This is her brother, 7 years old. Nowadays it doesn't matter what he's driving, jet ski, motorcycle, or car he knows how to handle it. I can't afford to keep them with toys anymore, I need money for my own. Toys that is.

When I got home from school one day this thing was in the garage. They had a military exercise and were under attack from the air. My friends thought I should chop it! But I didn't........

This Mercedes I had for 3 years. The last DOT inspection they refused to pass it. So I changed the body. The year before DOT complained a little about rust in the floor and rocker panel, but passed it. When I checked it, it had cracked all the way to the drive shaft tunnel. And I was wondering why it messed up the tread on the rear right tire. That's Swedish DOT! The homey in the picture's name is Arto. And he's probably happy we got home. I had just bought the car and we went to Piteå to look at drag racing (1200 km one way, 750 miles). Then we just got a notion to go to Finland to visit his family. We had to drive 5 hours in the middle of the night without headlights. Finland is the country with midnight sun. Both the alternator and battery had given up. So we had to push start it off the ferry. Then it overheated all the way home (4hour drive). But we got home.
