I built this car for a girlfriend I had at the time, she moved the same day it was ready. But she lasted 6 years and thatīs more than anyone else ever done.

The whole rear end was rebuilt. A friend had taillights from a Toyota Crown -69 (5 of them or something in Sweden) that some idiot had put on his Camaro! When I was looking for lampholders so I went to the junkyard and asked. They said they just got an old japs. And it was a Crown -69! What are the odds of that? After using a forklift as a key for the trunk I saw that the lights were in mint condition. I used the headlights from that car too.

I welded the hood into one piece and opened it forward. Turn signals and position lights I took from a Fiat 131, they were flush mounted in the bumper. My Dad had a Fiat; he had it because it was quite a good rally car.... The lights and the fan are the only things that survived. The fan fit into a Vaz Niva 4wd.

I used a 2,0 injection engine, moved back 5cm, 2in. Everything in the engine compartment was yellow chromated. It had an overdrive gearbox so the low profile tires weren't bad. 200 km/h, 125 mph, was a piece of cake, not with side wind though... Mom did the interior in leather, I think the seats were from some Japan thing. The gas lid came from a Kadett, inside it had key switch that broke the circuit for the door opening switch.

Like the picture says this is -91 and I start wondering what I was doing. But that's evolution, if I look at pics of the Amazon in 10 years I will probably cry.
