ULVER
Natens Madrigal / Madrigal of the Night
Fast n´Furiuos black metal, recorded in a garage with a shitty recorder. But what a feeling there is in this music! Incredible!
Some hate this album, and I can understand that, cause Ulver´s first two records are completely different: soft and slow, with aucustics and so on. But on this one: Fast guitars, no catch-your-breath-parts, just straight to hell music, all through. The only thing that is the same is the theme: Wolves. The lyrics are infact very well written and sad, in contrast to the music.
Well, love it or hate it!

ULVER
Themes from William Blake: The Marriage of Heaven and Hell
Ulver goes electronic (like everybody else). As I have said before: Some bands are succesful in the change from ordinary metal to electronic metal, and some are not. Ulver made it, and thats not so strange, cuase thay are a bunch of proffesionals by this time......But even if they are succesful, I didn´t say that I like this album. No. It is very well done and so on, but it´s nothing for my taste. I listened it through and thought: "Okay.....". Then I forgot the whole thing.
