| Welcome to k1G's Linux resources! On these pages I've gathered together some sources of information about the Linux operating system, and some of the software that runs on it. I hope this site can begin to explain why using Linux can be so enjoyable, and what the other benefits are in using Linux. I also would like to clarify why I believe it's in your best interest to consider moving over to using Linux, or, at the very least, if you want to keep your proprietary operating system, consider using Open Source and/or Free Software alternatives to some of the software you regularly use. |
