Table composed from reliable material; thanks to Jack Rollin. * indicate points deducted, see the notes after the table below. Seasons 1915/16 up to and including 1918/19 no championship played because of WW 1, only regional leagues were in operation. Season 1939/40 played three rounds before suspension because of WW 2 (not counted in the table). The rest of that season as well as all seasons from then on up to and including the 1945/46 one were suspended because of WW 2, only regional leagues in operation.
