A presentation of a Transactional Process Ontology*

according to which time is a self-reflective process rather than a dimension. A kind of Organic Process Ontology with an origin other than that of process philosophy, but nevertheless with characteristics that seem to be rather close to it.

My Transactional Process Ontology tries to explain my view in depth. I may not have succeeded to make it accessible in all its parts to people without some acquaintance with physics, but I think this is not required for the first and the last five pages.

Among other things the paper make sense to the following, somewhat controversial, statement:
It is more probable that the 'non-existence of an objective universal now' [e.g. according to Einstein] is an 'objective' illusion than that the subjective existence of a now is a 'subjective' illusion. Within the validity of the theories of relativity, this is a matter of choice, and one can equally well postulate the existence, in spacetime, of a certain (propagating) universal now as the non-existence of any now. However, the first choice implies that spacetime itself is changing together with its propagating now.
 

The World Pantheist Movement seems to promote a worldview that is close to mine. Here is its "Belief Statement". WPM has a Facebook page open to everyone, and there is also a new interesting place, pantheists.ning.com which seems to have greater possibilities than Facebook, and where I have a personal page (to enter you may have to sign up, which is free).
