Welcome to Hasse's Suzuki RF900R - Homepage!

This beautiful 1998 RF900R became mine
in  October 1998. Since then it has been
sitting in the garage waiting for spring.

On April 9th 1999 I took it out for a first spin.
+7C and a nice sun. What a bike!

The powerband is WIDE! 80% of the torque
is available from 3500 rpm and up. Acceleration
is AWESOME! I have seen figures down to 2,5 seconds
from 0-100 km/h (Swedish magazine Superbike).
The design of the bike is art itself. I could have
bought the bike just to sit and look at it. For more
pictures please enter the photogallery below.

The RF was  built during the years
            1994 to 1998. It has a powerful 937cc
in-line four  which produces 135 hp
and 102Nm of torque in the open version.

More about my RF

The stock Dunlop rear tire was almost gone at 6000 km so I replaced it with the Pirelli MTR24 180/55-17.
What a difference in  tire life! At 12000  km the tire has more than half of it´s thread left. The stock front tire hasn´t been changed yet but I will probably go for the MTR when the time comes because it has served me so well at the back.

I bought the MDI Flip-up windscreen basically to protect my chest from the icy winds here in Sweden. It works great for that but the wind hits me in the head instead so I´m thinking of going back to the stock size. Next  to order is a tankbra and a workshop manual. If anyone has one for sale or know where to get one please contact me.
