When people complain about noise it¥s often referred to as sound noise. There¥s a visual noise too, everywhere. I¥m for example disturbed by all billboards with crappy headlines about who got married to whom. I sometimes have problem to distinguish between empty phrases by political parties and ads which urge me to buy this or that toothpaste. I¥m nearsighted, and that¥s why I¥m almost glad I lost my glases three months ago. It¥s like if I turned on a filter that blures away all the noise. The downside is that I have to greet everyone who looks familiar. Just in case it¥s someone I know.
