Next voyage
We are a family with children
intending to sail around the world in a new way, which is without aiming
to break any records whatsoever vainly hurrying from place to place in an
idle attempt to get into the Guinness Book of World Records, rather we will
stay as long as possible in each place we are visiting, to find new hidden
treasures in the warmth and friendship of the people we meet during our
travel.
The ones going to write about our voyage are our children,
because this is going to be a voyage from children´s point of view to
add to literature a part that this far has been missing from voyages around
the world already accomplished.

Who knows if we will ever reach our goal,
because who can tell what the goal really is, or maybe we have already
reached it...

Far away in childhood-land
over the oceans, across the sand
lived a boy with soft brown hair
and his sister with hair so fair
they played in the forest in a world of their own
but alas, alas, now they are grown
but is that bad?

Wanderlust
I lived in quite a few countries, but I never got tired of
seeing and learning more, and for me the most exciting thing is not dead
buildings, which man prides himself in, neither the architectural wonders
of yesterday, nor the skyscrapers of today, but what fascinates me is coming
face to face with the creation of God - the infinite
human soul, more alive and thrilling than a dead building can ever be.
This is what is exciting, this is worth seeing, this can send me across
continents and oceans to far away lands, the longing look in the eyes of a
young girl, the searching spirit felt in contact with a wandering boy, the
deep hunger of man for his Creator.
