seBADoh is just one of "i don't know how many" projeks Lou Barlow ( ex. DinosaurJR member ) is in. Because of the variation and the uneven quality it makes it kind of hard for me to explain their music. This is a great tune though and i really think you should download it right now, you won't be disappointed. "Careful" is taken from the album "Bakesale".
