The equipment consists of.
I pc. HF-gen. 25 kW 30O kHz for hardening.
I pc. HF-gen. 15 kW 60O kHz for tempering.
I pc. Cooling system KS 88.0100-S, for cooling of the generators.
I pc. Quenching system for hardening liquid.
I pc. PLC-controlled feeding equipment.

The hardening cycle is 5 to 10 sec.
The complete system for axe hardening is developed in collaboration
between HF-Teknik AB and ALO-Teknik AB.
