Creates and sets the window regoin to a hwnd. The region is created from a widows bitmap (*.bmp) pointed to by path. Black is excluded and everything not black is included. Very useful to create windows with a complex shape. For an example of this, look at Winamp shortcut in the programs section. Call this function once after creating the window.
