§1 This is a non Player-Killer guild. Infact more like a PKK-guild. Anyone becoming red will be removed from the guild at that
direct point. If there is a special excuse the high counsil will be able to decide. But the excuses are few.
§2 The guild is ruled by the high counsil, which includes all high counsillors plus the Emperor.
§3 The guild is devided into four sections of ranking. Emperor, High Counsillors, Squad Leaders, Guild Members
§4 To become a leader you does not have to be the leading fighter, rich or in any other way "good" in the lands of UO, but
You have to have the qualities of a leader, meaning that age and wisdom in reallife has a very important meaning in the guild.
This doesn't mean that age make you wise, but it helps. A leader has the responsibilty to listen to the guild members.
§5 To join the guild you must obey these rules at all points.
§6 It's much easier to reduce in advancement than it is to be promoted. And any actions done violating these rules from a higher
instance such as Emperor and High Counsillors are taken very seriously.
§7 To change these rules the whole High Counsil must stand behind that decision. The change must be done over a two days
period of time, means that if the change goes through the high counsil with all its' members present, then the decision has to be
taken twice earliest 48 hours later with the whole high counsil present.
§8 In times of direct War these terms are made inactive except for this special point or other rules that specificially include
that direct War period of time.
The emperor will be able to rule on his/her own.The reason should be a higher effectiveness in fast actions and orders.
But the meaning of the contents of these rules will still be the base for the emperors way to behave and rule.
§9 A rule can't be added that in some way violate against the meaning of a former rule.
§10 In times of direct War, any guild task is set aside for the whole guild to mobilize.
§11 In times of direct War, the High Counsellors are taking orders from the Emperor, the Squad Leaders from the High Counsillors,
and the members from the Squad Leaders.
§12 As there is a risk for any member to be killed during the direct War period of time, this homepage shall at the front main page
announs if the guild is in direct War. Then also, no one shall be able to say that they didn't know about it and want repayment
for the equipment and thing loss. But also the whole guild shall work as a team and help eachother during War.
§13 Anyone refuses to fight for the guild at a direct War period of time will be ejected if there is not a good reason for it.
