Well... I've always thought there are too many pages on the net dealing only with the Person in question which, in my opinion, equals too much useless information in Cyperspace. Still ,here am I today, tooting my own horn in the firm belief that if you have stopped at my site you may want to know more about me, and sure that you will feel free to discontinue reading at any time. So, why am I doing what I am doing where I am doing it? It's a long story but I'll try to make it as brief and painless as possible. I started my career in the "picture-business" back in 1992 when I spent one month as an intern (no Clinton jokes, please!) at AV/Media in Göteborg, a local producer of professional videos. As it happened I stayed with them for more than a year, working with practically all the different parts of video production. One day I was an ENG sound technician, the next day I’d be handling the lights, or the editing, or even the camera - or one of the cameras if the production was a multi-camera pone. Meanwhile, I received the education as broadcast engineer and was trusted with the responsibility for the local TV transmissions once a week. That was one year of action. I finally left AV/Media in the fall of 1993 for a on year, 40p course in Cinematography at the Göteborg University. Little did I know that I’d end up in the computer business after that. With no experience to talk of, I was suddenly offered a position at a firm named VideoGraphic that needed "someone who can produce wonders in our brand new Silicon-station". I thought "what the heck" and since then I am still laboring to get to know more and more about all the opportunities hidden within o software called "Alias Animator"! VideoGraphic is a small business in which I, as its only employee, am in charge of all its graphic productions, which means virtually everything from retouching to the digital production of stills and animated pictures, mixed with the occasional design and production of homepages. This has been going on for four years now, adding a wealth of knowledge and experience to a young man who sometimes says to himself: "Oh, God what did I know way back in ninetytwo!" |
