goto Quake dir
make a sub dir named something like MAGMA
unzip everything with -d into that sub dir
run quake with the -game option

Examples:

C:\>cd quake

C:\Quake>md MAGMA

C:\Quake>cd MAGMA

C:\Quake\MAGMA>unzip -d magma10.zip

... unzip files ...

C:\Quake\MAGMA>cd..

C:\Quake>Quake -game MAGMA
