goto Quake dir
make a sub dir named something like CHAIN
unzip everything with -d into that sub dir
run quake with the -game option

Examples:

C:\>cd quake

C:\Quake>md CHAIN

C:\Quake>cd CHAIN

C:\Quake\CHAIN>unzip -d chain.zip

... unzip files ...

C:\Quake\CHAIN>cd..

C:\Quake>Quake -game CHAIN
