Why did you choose Ericsson Mobile Data Design?

The examines are often unsure of what their favorite field of expertise will be, and that’s why it’s important to try different assignments before you decide in which field you want to specialize in. Since Ericsson MDD is a versatile company that offers a wide range of job opportunities, from hardware constructor to system manager, it corresponded well with my view of a future place of work.

What’s it like working at Ericsson MDD?

Let's put it like this: it is not boring to go to work when I wake up in the morning.

What are your assignments at the moment, and how do you carry them through?

I work with software development. We work in projects, but we also have activities on department level, such as education and improvement work.

Have you had any internal education?

Yes. When you are newly employed you think that all the information about everything that is new is valuable, but I think that there is room for improvement in the internal education. I was given the introduction course in 1995, and there has been many changes since then. We have developed an internal section educational program, that gives a more detailed picture of the sections work areas, something I missed when I started.
