Medio April we got the idea to go to London for the sole purpose of seeing Mamma Mia! Took a chance to order tickets on Internet and were lucky to obtain some of the best seats in the stalls on the 31st May.

We left Skavsta Airport outside Nyköping on the 29th May flying Ryan Air. Stayed at the Sloan Club, where our friends Iris and Bengt were awaiting us.

We also had time for sightseeing, walking the streets and boating on the Thames to Greenwich and the Docklands.

The top event was of course Mamma Mia! at the Prince Edward Theatre. Never mind the title and the fact, that the musical is based on some 25 ABBA melodies, what it is all about is the Dancing Queen. A performance we will never forget.
