The second Amsterdam
Dance Event takes place October 15th-18th at De Rode Hoed, a converted church
on a beautiful canal in the city centre. 700 delegates attended last year's
inaugaral event, judged a huge success with over 100 showcases starring
everyone from Jeff Mills and Sneak to Dimitri from Paris and the Easy Tune
crew. MTV and Mixmag were attendance and Mixmag helt a huge night at Paradiso
starring Richie Hawtin and will be hosting an even bigger event this year.

Mindview Rock'n Metal Convention 1997
The Mindview Rock 'n Metal Convention is a big promotionweekend
in Belgium dealing with rock & metal Music. Besides a CD & Record
Fair there are a lot of showcases, a cybercafé, some piercing and
tatoos activities and kliniks. On Friday we will start with an openingsnight
at the most famous Belgian Rock Pub, Biebob. Bands that will play there
will announced later. On Saterday , November 15 & Sunday November 16,
1997 everything will happen at The Waasland Expo Halls at Temse (near Sint-Niklaas,
in between Ghent and Antwerp and 40 km from Brussels).. In this complex
of 2000m2, we have room enough to let the fair & the showcases happening
during these days. With the newer formule we wanna expose all kinds of rock
music that are important these days. In that option we hope to welcome between
3.000 & 5.000 rockfans this year.

Stalls can be used for different purposes : promotional,
sales (records, merchandising, ?) or display. Different formulas are possible
:
1. A stall for one day: 1.000 BEF/ FL 60 / DM 60
each meter
2. A Stall for the weekend: 1.500 BEF / FL 90 /
DM 90 each meter
3. Bigger half open units: minimum 2 meters: Weekendprice:
3.500 Bfr / Fl 200/ DM 200 each meter
4. Record Companies that also present bands or
other promotional activities can get special conditions in agreement with
the organisation.

On Saturday,
October 18, 1997, ICU Entertainment in conjunction with Spundae
Productions is hosting the official Music Industry**Boat**
Party at the Global DJ Mix Awards in San Francisco. This event will be an
invitation only party, with guests from major magazines, radio stations,
televised entertainment programs, and other music industry affiliates.
This Music Industry Boat Party ( limited to 450
people ) will be considered an official part of the Global DJ Mix Awards
held on Sunday, October 19th and will be fully supported and included in
their worldwide promotional ventures. The Global DJ Mix Awards is the first
annual awards ceremony put together with funds generated going to The National
Task Force on AIDS Prevention. It was established to recognize and honor
the extraordinary talents of DJ's all around the world.
