Qigong

Qigong is over 3,000 years old part of Chinese' traditional medicine. It has been developed for obtainig good health by building up balance of the natural energy (qi).

Qigong is a composition of exercises made with smooth moovements i harmony with breathing and conciousnes. Therefore it's ease to train for almoste everybody in all ages. There are quite few forms of Qigong, like Chan Ssu Gong and Hun Yuan Qigong (which are foundations of Chen Taiji) or Yuan Xin Qigong and others.

The positive effects of training Qigong are:

  • the joins are limper which is good for anyone,
  • the breathing, the heart and the nervous system are influenced which for exempel helps us with better sleep,
  • we learn to reduce the stress and tention
What does qigong mean?

"Qi" (the upper picture) is the natural energy that is found in all things.

"Gong" (the lower picture) is the practice and method of cultivating Qi.

Qigong is the process of obtaining the natural energy from the universe.
