All people want to feel inner peace and happiness. But the biggest part of us don't know how. We seek happinese outside ourselves and think that it's someone else's fault that we don't feel it. If we have been "lucky" we feel happinese. If we haven't been "lucky" we feel disappointment. But we never thought that the only place to find happiness and inner peace is our mind. What we feel is up to us only! This isn't about the worlds attitude to us, but our attitude to the world. We can choose our feelings and our attitude to the world. If we choose to feel inner peace, we will feel it.

All we do and feel begins in two feelings - fear and love. We can't be at inner peace if we feel fear. The only way to inner peace is love. We have to learn to give it; to love ourselves and all the others.

The only way to love is forgiveness. We have to let the past go so that we can free ourselves and the others from old mistakes. The solution is living in the present and forget about our old fear, so that we can live in love and inner peace.
