LeaseTek, Inc., with headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA, USA, was founded in 1982 by Michael J. Pochan and Robert F. Culbertson. Ever since it was founded, LeaseTek has focused on the development of PC based software for the asset based finance industry. Over the years LeaseTek has gained a very diversified customer base, consisting of both small local independent companies and international captive companies with activities all over the world. LeaseTek fully realises the importance of training and education. For new users, there is an extensive training program available, which not only covers the "basics" for the first time user, but it will also review any specific questions and issues for the concerned company. The LeaseTek training package basically consists of two main courses: Advanced and Customised Training. The advanced training session is a course that is designed for users with more than six months experience and is meant for companies to learn problem solving techniques. The customised training course is designed by guidelines given to us by the customer. These courses differ greatly from one course to the other, but they have all one thing in common: they are highly personalised and customised.

Standard support facilities are available in our US office from 06.00 a.m. through 6.00 p.m EST, and in our UK office office from 7.30 a.m. through 4.30 pm GMT. This allows our total faciltily, given any problems, may be transferred at the end of UK time back to US for resolution to cover approximately 17 hours in a day for standard support rates.
