MHU Robotics have got complete robot systems and we also both construct and build specially designed machines for different purposes.

can often be used in other applications after finished production..

We can easily adjust our products at low costs for your company´s needs thanks to our module system. MHU
modules and spare parts are stored and can, as well as service be delivered with short notice.

MHU SCARA  

The MHU SCARA can be used in applications where many positions and extra flexibility is required.
The MHU SCARA has 4 electrically powered axes but can alternatively be provided with 2-8 electrically powered axes.
The robot can be combined with pneumatical axes for gripper movements. The horizontal reach of 1100 mm covers an area the size of a Euro-pallet. With the vertical travel of 1600 mm it is possible to load and unload as easily in a high position as low position.

When using a vertical linear module mounted at the outer end of the arm it is possible to reach deep into the collars on the Euro-pallet.
The MHU SCARA handles weights up to 25 kg.

MHU JUNIOR

  
A robot with several (up to three pnematically or electrically powered) arms that can change parts in three machines in 6 seconds.
Handles up to 7 kg/arm.
Reach up to 800 mm/arm.

MHU GANTRY/PORTAL ROBOT EP 20

The Portal robot EP 20 is a robot intended for fast handling of parts with an weight up to 20 kg or handling of heavier parts with reduced speed. The robot is best at material handling and machine tending operations but can sometimes also be used for machining, automatic assemblying, measuring operations and cutting operations.

The robot is module based and can therefor easily be adjusted to the customers need of working area, repetitive accuracy and handled weight.

MHU MINIOR

Small, fast robot for handling of parts shorter distances .
Handles weights up to 1 kg.
Can be used with several arms.
Working range up to 200 mm.

MHU COMBINED

The MHU Combined is an example of an easy combination of different MHU Modules to achive a certain handling.
Hnadles weights up to7 kg.
A Simple combination of modules to achieve handling of parts to and from palletts.
Working range up to 1700 mm.
Speed MHU Senior arm 1100 mm/s.
Speed MHU Junior (pneumatic) arm 1000 mm/s.
Rotation 180°/s.
