Handling of boxes with MHU Scara

Robot:                    MHU SCARA / PPC.
Gripper:                 Special vacuum gripper.
Handled part:        The Robot handles two boxes with saw blades. One box weighs appr. 2 Kg.
Magazine:             The boxes are transported to the robot via a conveyor.

Work cykle:          The robot takes the boxes from the conveyor and rotates counter clockwise to the Euro pallett. The robot is programmed to place the boxes at accurate positions, two boxes beside each other or at two completely differnt places in the pallett.

Cykle time:            Approximately 5 seconds.
