Handling of cups with MHU Scara

Robot:                    MHU SCARA / PPC.
Gripper:                 Special double vacuum gripper.
Accesories:            MHU linear unit 100 for vertical movement.MHU rotary unit to turn the parts 90°.
Handled part:        Cups of various sizes.
Magazine:             The cups are fed to the robot standing upside down on a conveyor.

Work cykle:          The robot takes a cup from the an input conveyor and rotates counter clockwise to a decorating machine. The decorated cup is first unloaded and then the gripper rotates 90 degrees. The undecorated cup is then loaded and the robot rotates counter clockwise to the output box.

Cykle time:           Approximately 9 seconds.
