Handling of sheets with MHU Scara

Robot:                    MHU SCARA / PPC.
Gripper:                 Special design gripper.
Handled part:        Large sheet with different dimensions, 700*500mm -1400*1000mm.
Magazine:             The sheets are picked up by the robot from a pallett.

Work cykle:          
The robot takes a sheet from the input pallett and rotates clockwise 90 degrees to an output pallett. The sheet is then pushed along the pallett walls to achieve an accurate position (within 0.2 mm) in the bottom left hand corner.

Cykle time:            Approximately 10 seconds.
