Handling of gear wheels with MHU Junior

Robot:                    Two MHU Junior columns..
Gripper:                 Standard design gripper with special fingers.
Handled part:        Steel gears with an appr. weight of 1kg/wheel.
Magazine:             The MHU Juniors takes the gears from a conveyor.

Work cykle:          The first MHU Junior takes a gear from a conveyor and puts it in a formflo grinder. When the grinder has finished, it transports the gear to a position where the next MHU Junior can take it. The gear is then placed on the conveyor by the MHU Junior for tarnsportation to a pallett. Note: No rotation modules are needed in this application as the gears are loaded/unloaded straight between conveyor and formflo grinder.

Cykle time:                 Approximately 13 seconds.
