Handling of gear wheels

Robot:                    One armed MHU Junior / PC 80.
Gripper:                 Standard gripper unit with special fingers.
Handled part:        Steel gears with an appr. weight of 1kg/wheel.
Magazine:             The MHU Juniors takes the gears from a conveyor.
Accesories:            Linear unit 25 mm.

Work cykle:          A storage conveyor feeds the MHU Junior with gears. The robot takes a gear and rotates counter clockwise 90 degrees to a hurth gear shaver where it unloades the gear. The MHU Junior waits until the machine has finished working. Then the robot takes the gear and rotates clockwise 90 degrees and puts it back on the conveyor.

Cykle time:                 Approximately 10 seconds.
