Machine tending with
MHU Junior

Robot:
Two
armed MHU Junior / PC 80
Gripper: Standard
design parallell grippers.
Handled part: Small
cylinders with an appr. weight of 50g / lock.
Input magazine: The
cylinders are fed to the robot from a machine.
Output magazine: The cylinders are placed on a conveyor by
the robot, for transportation to further machines.
Work cykle: The
robot picks a cylinder from the input machine, rotates clockwise
to the first griding machine. Simultaneously as the first
cylinder is being grinded, the robot picks a new cylinder and
rotates to the second grinding machine where it is grinded..
Cykle time: Approximately 4 seconds / cylinder.
