MHU Minior integrated in custom designed machine

Robot:                    Two armed MHU Minior / PC 40.
Gripper:                 Special gripper.
Handled part:          The Robot handles small alumina badges that weighs appr.5 g/part.

Work cykle:          The robot takes a badge from a feeder (left on picture), rotates clockwise to a bending machine where the part is bent. The Robot rotates clockwise and places the badge on a machine where a thin plastic cover is removed from the badge. The robot takes the badge again and places it on a chute .

Cykle time:                 Approximately 3 seconds.
