Baby Blue, what's that?
Baby Blue is a guitar-oriented popgroup from Gefle, Sweden and we've played together for about 1,5 years.
Some of us have know each other since we where kids, others had sex with the same girls(buksvåger in swedish)
and one of us is quite new, so to speak.

The story, so far........
Baby Blue's first gig where at a personalparty("personalfest" in swedish) at IKEA, the swedish furniture company.
That night we played under the name "Tom Cruise".
A lot of things have happen after that.
Like we played at the same personalparty the year after.

But seriously......., we've named the group "Baby Blue",
we've made our first recording,
the local newspaper made a two pages interview and we where called "sexobjects" in the article ,
(you can read it at articles, if you know swedish. Else you can ask a swedish friend to translate it for you.)
we've made a few great gigs,
the second recording where made in english,
bla bla and so on.....

and now we're about to make our first record release!
Yeah!!
It's a compilation album from the label "Automatic kiss records" in Japan.
It will be released in february, mars -98.

We have also contact with a new swedish label called "Cabasa music".
In january we're gonna do a test recording for them and after that.......well, you'll never know.

The studiosessions.
Wasa studio in Gefle, spring -97 .
Four songs, all in swedish, where recorded:
- Precis som du
- Vårens första dag
- Kvinnor som slåss
- Månen

Engineer: Micke Rosman
Produced by Baby Blue & Micke Rosman

Comments:
"We just went in and played the shit out of us. Two guitars, bass and drums. No more.
The recording sounded as we do live."

Wasa studio in Gefle, November -97 .
One new song and one translated into english:
- When saturday comes
- Doctor Love(a translation of "Vårens första dag")

Engineer: Micke Rosman
Produced by Baby Blue & Micke Rosman

Comments:
"This time we tried to produce a little bit more. Used keyboards(a moog-sound, cello and piano) and
guitars, bass and drums, of course. We where satisfied with the result. It sounds like pop music for Japan."
