The Rg m/49 and m/51 were rocketlaunchers in the Bazooka
and Panzerschreck variant. Made of aluminium they were rather light but
large which made them unwieldy. The m/51 could be folded to make it half
as long during trasport and thus less cumbersome. The firing was
electrical which is odd. They had a reputation to be unreliable but many
claim that this applied only to the practicerounds. The Rg m/51 was
still in service with territorial defence units in the middle of the
seventies.
