TSAR was started up 1987 by Tord Stahl. The business was consulting within the area of administration. Since then computers with appropiate software have become more and more important. 1991 Gustav Hultberg joined the company as shareholder and expert of computers and programming. Developing software is today the most important business in TSAR. Our basic idea when producing programs is that the product should be so logical and simple to use that it makes the manual unnecessary. We believe we so far have succeded quite good. Today we primarily produce software for Windows. As developing tool we use Visual Basic.
