According to the tabloids this dude is under suspicion for starting the Gulf war after he insulted Saddam Hussein. All we know is that he is known for taking naps at work and insulting his boss on IRC (he doesn't have the guts to do it in real life, you see). He keeps his fingers ready on the ALT+TAB buttons just in-case the boss might show up. A regular timeserver.
