Attack And Other Problems by Dr. J. C. Smith. Dr. Stephen R. Covey
wrote a best selling book, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, that
called for a paradigm shift in order to be more effective and happy in
our lives. Let me take a literary license to use Dr. Covey's model to suggest
that these same habits could make you a healthier person as well as an
effective one by avoiding the inevitable back attack.
