STATPAK-Win can read data from QVPAK and QSPAK from files which are similar to SURFPAK files. For the translation the SURFPAK data converter is used which is executed in the PartManager:

The SURFPAK data converter starts STATPAK-Win and sends the data from the file(s) by messages. If the part and the features do not exist they are created, otherwise only the actual values are translated.
In SRF_STAT.INI the path and the file name extension have to be set, e.g. "Path=c:\qvdata\" and "Extension=*.txt".
The SURFPAK data converter must be v1.2.R1 or newer.
