Some tricks which might help:

• Try matching ANY keyword instead of ALL keywords Try using wildcards to cover suffix variations (e.g. user* instead of users) If you have boolean connectors in your query, try using | (OR) instead of & (AND) If you are using a query filter, try eliminating it or making it less restrictive Try using a different database. Typically you will find many more hits in our "Old" database. Try different keywords! :-)
