KUNGSBACKA BEACH REPORT

White Sand (Vita Sand) in Åsa is one of the best tourist beaches in the Kungsbacka Community. Here can be found a rocky and sandy beach section with two kiosks right on the beach. Even a real parking lot. There is also a camping site right there as well, a small hotel in the mini town, and plenty of summer houses to rent for a week. Two pizza shops may even give the cook in the family a holiday as well. If not, a butcher shop and market are near by. The very clean sandy beach gives hours of fun for the little ones. The extra bonus at this beach is that there are only one-inch wind swells in the summer, and the clean salt water is shallow quite a bit out before it slowly deepens. As with most Swedish beaches, there are no lifeguards, which makes this beach a good choice for the little ones.
