Heard somewere that there will come a 2.0 Turbo version of the S/V40 during the early -98? but I´m not totally sure. ( It´s got an 1.9 litre full turbo engine today.) It can be the new low pressure turbo version that will be on 2.0 litres and 160 hp. There will also be a 1.6 litre engine with 106 hp. Some info is quite old but still "HOT"!

The S100 (before known as S90) will be starting selling in june -98. It will not be powered by a V10 engine instead it will be a turbocharged 6 cylinder engine on 2,8l with approx 275 hp. What will happen in the near future regarding new Volvo models? -98. S100, -99. V40 (50?) MPV, -00. S/V80, -01. V90 MPV, -02. A new S/V40, -03. V30 Citycar.
