Some information about myself

• I have taught Russian since 1965 at different secondary high schools in Sweden (Skövde, Värnamo, Karlskoga, Örebro) till 1994 and for ten years at Karlstad University, Sweden, until I retired in October 2004.
• I take an interest in language learning, especially strategies in learning vocabulary with focus on Russian
• I have investigated "The Good Language Learner"
• About Lev Vygotsky.
• I also investigate the description of nature in the Russian writer Konstantin Paustovsky's works
• A few words about Konstantin Paustovsky
• 107th anniversary of Paustovsky´s birth
• Very little of Paustovsky's works is translated into Swedish. My own contributions are Proshchanie s letom (A Farewell to Summer), Meshchorskaya storona (The Meshchora District) and Isaak Levitan
• I have also tried to describe the local dialect of the place where I live, Karlskoga.
